The staff was cute and friendly.

The food was awful and lacked variety. I had to deal with constant maintenance issues in my room. The pool area was disappointing, with no sunshine for most of the day.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Daily cleaning services kept it tidy. Enjoyed the free spa access and the indoor pool was a nice touch. The comfortable bed and tv made relaxing easy. Plus, the free toiletries were a bonus!

The hotel is getting old with years. Only 2 of 4 lifts were in operation. The bathroom needs urgent renovation.

The lovely spacious room featured a large balcony with great views, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast options were varied and satisfying, especially for vegetarian guests. The service from reception was inconsistent, with critical information often being delayed, particularly regarding transport arrangements. The food quality at dinner was disappointing, lacking variety and warmth. The overall decor of the room felt outdated, which detracted from the comfort of my stay.

The Hotel punches above its 3 * rating with its food. Easily as good as most of the 4 * we normally prefer.

Specifically booked a room with a bath and a room with a shower, and received confirmation from Hotel. Received disabled rooms x 2, no bath in either. Furniture and décor in rooms both showing their age.
